The Jerusalem Hostel has a convenient central location on Zion Square – the urban and spiritual heart of modern Jerusalem. Walk out our door and you’re right in the center of everything: Coffeehouses, Restaurants, Pubs, Tourist sites, Markets, Shopping and… people – the diverse and energetic blend of people that makes Jerusalem so special.
How to get to us:
From Tel Aviv:
Take the sherut taxi from Tel Aviv to the last stop, Zion Square. Don’t bother to put on your backpack – we’re just ten steps away!
From the Jerusalem Central Bus Station:
Take the light train 4 stations to Jaffa center station.
Follow the directions from our map.
You can get to Harav Kook 8 st, its 10 meters from our entrance door, so you can drop your bags. regarding parking – there are more than a few option – don’t hesitate to email us about it.
You won’t have to navigate the dark and deserted alleys of the Old City when you want to turn in at the end of the day – our door will probably be just a block away (Note that in the Old City, everything closes up at sunset).
The lively Ben Yehuda promenade begins right in front of the hotel. Nachalat Shivea – Jerusalem’s little Soho – is a bit to your left.
The vibrant outdoor marketplace, Machane Yehuda, is a five-minute walk to the right, and the Old City is a fifteen-minute walk from our back door.
